In this stirring and uplifting picture book, debut author Antwan Eady and artist Gracey Zhang tell the story of a young Black schoolboy with big dreams of moving past his fear of judgment to share his dreams with his class during career week.
About the Author
Antwan Eady grew up in Garnett, SC, where he spent most of his days riding four-wheelers, fishing, and imagining a world without limitations. Eady is a co-founder of #BlackCreatorsInKidLit, an organization that continues to bridge the gap between publishing professionals and Black creators (authors and illustrators). When he isn’t writing, he’s searching for the best Low Country boil in Savannah, GA where he currently resides.
